It’s my most favorite Turkish tatlı. But when made it, it’s like I’m eating sweet rice. The texture downs same with the one I bought. How to make it like we are not eating rice. Any tips from you? Teşekkürler

The Ottoman Empire is not taught at all in western history. I studied history in high school and we were taught nothing about the reasons of WW1 or about the Gallipoli campaign. The Turkish series like Ertuğrul, Osman, Büyük Selçuklu have played a large part in bringing positive information about Turkish history. Thank you for your content it’s great to see westerners following and wanting to know more about Türkiye and Islam.
